This game makes no sense.

I mean, I'm Samuel L. Jackson! Why are there snakes I cannot eat? ALL snakes are edible to Samuel L. Jackson! He's had it with these snakes! He hungers for them! All your snakes are belong to him! No snake is safe from his gnashing, gnashing teeth! Your games spreads lies, it gives the snakes false hope. But there is only one truth.

Samuel L. Jackson is up in ur plane, eatin all ur snakes.

My Samuel L Jackson could beat up your Samuel L Jackson!

I have to ask...

...were you drinking when you made the victory/loss messages? If not, you fake it well. ;)
Anyway, review:
Graphics: Were awesome. I loved the fact that that sharks dissolved into blood when panched. >:D Also, the backgrounds were actually designed much better than any of these other rhythm-based games, where most of the focus is directed to the action. Good job. :D
Style: The name says it all:
SUPER VIKING SHARK PANCH CORPSE RIDE MEGA EXTREME 9000
Plus the whole aggressive viking narrator type thing was pretty cool.
Sound: The songs you picked were awesome, and the victory/loss/begin messages were priceless. XD
Violence: Do I really need to explain? 10/10
Interactivity: The only real problem I have with the controls were that there were so few. Why isn't there a button at 100% energy to call in the wrath of Odin and his hammer and laserbeams? I took off 2 points, one for the lack of Odin-ness and one for the lack of the 'pew-pew!'.
Humor: This gets a 10/10 solely for the 'Author's Comments'. And the name. And most of the game. You get the idea.

All-in-all, definitely one of the best games I've seen on NG. Make more!

A couple major problems.

First of all, changing to Low Quality made almost no difference whatsoever. The game was just as laggy as on High. You need to put in a few Graphics Options, just basic stuff like no death animations (ie twitching severed limbs), no crowd animation (the moving crowd in the arena massively slowed down the game), etc. I understand one of you runs a graphics site, but there need to be ways to tone down the graphics. (8 for graphics because they were so good, they were bad.)
Second, some of the enemies were insanely overpowered on Easy. Even with the lightsaber, the shotgun, and as many grenades as I could afford, I couldn't beat the trio (BPK?) in story mode. The Girl's Uzi barrage took away about a third of my health bar each time, and when The Boy's grenade exploded, it stretched from the bottom of the screen to the top, leaving no room for maneuvering. The Pig wasn't so bad if you had a gun, he would just do a cyclone thing when you got close.
Finally, the 'password'. (This isn't a major problem, just a minor annoyance.) I searched through your site, but couldn't find anything about a password. Does it really exist?

Overall, awesome game. I'm glad someone's bringing back this genre. :) Good luck!

Awesome game. :D

I managed to make it to wave 195 before I finally got crushed. Here's a tip: The Cannon turrets fire out little mines every so often, which is very useful in the higher waves. You might want to invest in one or two maxed-out Cannons.
Graphics were great
Style... well, turret defense games are a little overdone, but this one was still great. :)
I'm assuming the sound was good, no speakers.
Violence? The entire game is about violence. >:D
Nice user interface, I liked the little panel that you could bring up with 'i'.
Not humorous, but it didn't need to be. :)
Overall: 9 and 5. :D

Awesome!

This is probably the best GH/DDR spinoff I've seen on NG. The graphics and animation were incredible, you picked the perfect songs, and it was hard enough to keep me playing until I started falling asleep. (No offense to the game, it's just 3am here)
Only suggestion I have is either a Very Easy or Practice mode. Easy is way too hard as the opening level, and having a mode where maybe only the four main directions are used would be a nice way to lead into the game.
Well, I kind of have another suggestion, but it's something I'd love to see on any game like this, which is a custom level where you can upload a song. It's incredibly difficult to put something like that into a game like this, but it provides for infinite playability since technically you never run out of levels.
All in all, awesome game!

Cool game, but...

I thought some of the puzzles were impossible. For example, in the Spot-The-Differences puzzles, things that were different wouldn't come up as being different. On the church one, there was a part of another building in one picture and not in the other, but when I clicked it I lost time.
Also, my IQ seemed to go down with each puzzle, including the spaceship puzzles that I finished almost immediately after the timer moved. I lost 10 IQ on those each time, usually.
Great game, but a whole lot of annoyances.

Good, but a few weird parts.

LIKED:
-Graphics were great.
-Gameplay steadily increased in difficulty; slow enough that it wasn't overwhelming, but fast enough that it wasn't boring.

NOT SO MUCH:
-High scores link didn't work right, unless my score was an advertisement for shrub transplantation.
-Slowed down a little when I got full firepower towards the end of the game.

IMPROVEMENTS:
You should make an endless mode, that was the only thing it was missing in my opinion. More upgrades would be nice (maybe wingmen?), but the way it is now isn't bad.

Eh.

The lag was too bad to make the game worthwhile. Good game, but work on the lag. Even if you just stopped the animations in the toolbar at the bottom, it'd help a lot.

This game is awesome!

Only change I can think of would be adding life pickups and vehicle health pickups. Powerups would be nice, too.

Oh, and spazman, you can hit the copters, it's just really hard. Aim up as far as you can, then dodge back and forth. Charge up the shot to max, then keep dodging until you get a shot lined up.

You know what would be nice?

If upgrades carried over through death. Besides that, great game. :D I like the fact that you switched it up by having a female knight saving the princess instead of the stereotypical male knight or italian plumber. Good job!
